• Regulation of volume through the machine is done by a vane type feeder and may be varied by setting of hinged fed gate in multiple installations the feeders may be uniformily controlled by a group drive from a variable space transmission
• On the upper shaker cotton balls are seperated . The cleaned seed is discharged from the lower shaker directly into strong uniform air currents which rise vertically in the aspiration chamber
• As the grey seed travels horizontally and loosely toward the srceen panel , light trash, loose lint and shell are carried off by the low velocity air currents in the expansion chamber section
• When the seeds impinge on the screen panel , the imbedeed sand and dirt along with additional shell and hull matter, is permitted to pass through the screen and is collected and discharge by the screw conveyor at the rear on the panel
• The incoming air to the aspiration chamber is used to again deflect the mass of the grey seed that is discharged from the rotary valve below the screen panel and here additional celaning is accomplished
• Twings and stems and other debris are blown free of the seed and join the black seed , stones etc. that are being conveyed to the stoner
