Oil Mill Machine

Gear Box Body: Double reduction Gear Box of Cast Iron made from highly closed grained casting and precision machined to ensure continued service without any vibration

Gears: The gears and  pinions are made of tested steel. Both fabricated, as well as Cas Steel Gears, are provided as per customer requirement.

Bevel Gear Set: Our innovatively designed and recently induced Crown Bevel Gear Set enhances the performance and durability of gear box manifold besides its working noiselessly. This innovated design is incorporated in those machines where the buyer opts for it.

Parts: All other parts such as Pressing Worms, Cone Point, Cone Rings, and Cage Bars are duly case hardened and tempered for durability and long service. Shafts, Chamber, Tie Rods etc are made of tested Steel and precision machined.

Round Heating Kettle: Round Heating Kettle is made of 10mm thick plate, seam welded and hydraulic tested up to 100 LBS. Two Stage or Three Stage kettle are provided as per requirement.
